About the Mummy Tummy Transformation Program

To heal and recover your body post baby the 8 week program gives you Vicky's 3 pillar approach for success:

Move (Exercise)

Postnatal exercise

Postnatal video routines to target and tone your tummy after pregnancy, plus videos to improve your fitness and sculpt and condition your  lower and upper body too. In just 10 minutes a day. Lifetime access.

Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4)

The first 4 weeks involve short routines to wake up your tummy muscles, tone your upper body too and lose some extra baby weight.

Phase 2 (weeks 5-8)

Once you've completed phase 1, you'll progress to phase 2 where we strengthen, tone and tighten the tummy muscles with more challenging, progressive moves.
